Unite rep victimised – show your support
Bryan Kennedy, lead Unite representative at One Housing Group (OHG) has been sacked.
Bryan worked tirelessly and selflessly for his members, representing hundreds in disciplinaries, grievances, TUPE transfers and redundancies and in leading the fight against pay cuts at OHG last year.
Unite believes this is a case of victimisation.
Will you stand in solidarity with Bryan by sending a protest email to the Chair and CEO calling on them to reverse Bryan’s dismissal and enter into talks with Unite which they have been refusing to do?

When Bryan was suspended he was in the process of tackling a number of significant issues with management including; breaches of the Working Time Directive and National Minimum Wage, and the fact that OHG workers have not had a pay rise in six years despite the company making a £36 million surplus.
OHG have a history of harassing and sacking trade union reps and Unite is determined to protect our activists and to prevent intimidation of union members in the sector.
Members are furious at the blatant victimisation of their rep. They have already taken four days strike action in support of Bryan with further action on the horizon.
Many thanks
