The Iraq War: ‘The net is clearly closing in’

In response to the comments today by the legal adviser to the Foreign Office in the run-up to the invasion of Iraq, John McDonnell MP, Chair of the Labour Representation Committee, said:
“The net is clearly closing in on those who took us in to the illegal and immoral war.”
“The time is coming when the CPS will be forced to consider the prosecution of those who perpetrated this act of unjust aggression.”
