There will also be two lunchtime fringe meetings hosted by the LRC at Conway Hall: ‘Building the LRC in the regions’ and ‘Human Rights, Sex Work and the Challenge of Trafficking’

The Coalition Government has launched an all-out class war. They are using the deficit as a cover for the dismantling of the welfare state and key public services.
We must resist this Government’s policy of savage cuts. We need a new economic strategy based on public investment, job creation, and tax justice.
Labour lost 5 million votes between 1997 and 2010. New Labour policies alienated voters and supporters. Today though voters and members are returning to the Labour Party, determined to rebuild it as a voice for democratic socialism – nearly 30,000 people have joined since the election.
We now need to rebuild a Labour Party fit to represent the interests of working class people, and to resist and then replace the neo-liberal agenda of this Coalition Government.
Come to the LRC conference and help resist the cuts and rebuild the party!
