Robin Jackson’s article in Briefing is very important and needs consideration.
The struggle is in Labour, at the base of Labour and around Labour, to defeat New Labour.
The arguments to defeat New Labour are the cement to unite the Labour workers and intellectual Left with the Trade Unions.
The objective must be to turn Labour into the necessary instrument to make the ruling class pay for its own crisis, and stop it making another devastating war.
Whatever this instrument will be called, whatever Labour will be called then, whatever the Labour left calls itself - this is the task.
I call on Robin to write at greater length on the subject.
Comradely regards, Marie Lynam
